Jim Croll

Jim Croll is the Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Jim Croll joined the GFCRC board on 1 August 2006. He brings with him a wealth of experience in company boards and good governance practices. Jim has been a director of listed public company boards (4) almost continuously from 1970 to 2000. He has been a board member of the Horticulture Research and Development Corporation a Commonwealth Corporation. He is a former board member of the State owned Corporations Sydney Market Authority and Coleambally Irrigation Corporation. In the past 5 years Jim has been the Board Governance specialist with PRO:NED Consulting.

Jim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
